Sales for condos at The River Oaks opened up in 2016, and inside of the first six months of them becoming available almost 50% of all 79 units had already been sold off.

One of the newest condo developments in all of Houston, having only just broken ground in March 2018, residents of this Giorgetti Houston development aren’t going to be able to actually move into the property for at least another year and a half to two years – but that hasn’t tempered excitement about this property in any way whatsoever.
Developed in partnership between the Giorgetti company (a 120-year-old furniture based out of Italy) and legendary real estate development company Stolz Partners, this building is going to feature seven stories and 32 different condo units that range between 2700 ft.² to 6800 ft.² – with multiple penthouses available for sale.
Giorgetti furniture will be tightly woven into the design of this property, with these aesthetics heavily influencing most every aspect of architectural and interior design. Very modern (based off of the renderings already produced), nearly 40% of these condos are already spoken for and construction has just barely begun!
The Mondrian
Located in one of the most culture rich districts and communities in Houston today, The Mondrian is going to be a central part of The Museum District neighborhood for years and years to come.
Construction on this new condo development is nearing completion, with residents poised to move into The Mondrian in 2018. Featuring incredible modern architecture, luxurious and oversized condos and Penthouse units, and some of the best amenities of ANY of the condo developments in all of Houston – including having 400 acre Hermann Park, the Houston Zoo, and an 18 hole golf course just a few steps away from the lobby doors – it’s easy to see why so many people are trying to become residents of this development!
